Berlin Litigation Circle
On 16 February, Professor Rühl was guest at the Berlin Litigation Circle. In her presentation, she took a look at the digitalisation of cross-border dispute resolution and examined both the status quo and the perspectives for reform. The focus of her reflections was the draft Regulation to promote the digitalisation of judicial cooperation in cross-border civil and commercial matters (COM/2021/759 final), which was presented by the European Commission in December 2021.
