Digital Justice - Made in Germany
On October 21, Professor Rühl was a guest (virtually) at the Karlsruhe Law Studies Society (Juristische Studiengesellschaft Karlsruhe). In her lecture, she explored the question how the German civil justice system - independent of global pandemics - can better prepare itself for the digital age and offer dispute resolution services, especially for small and medium-sized disputes, that meet the needs and expectations of a digitalized society.
