1. What is the benefit of a Master's degree in Chinese law?
Parallel to a "double degree", graduates of the double master's program have acquired Chinese language skills locally in Shanghai. Through numerous lectures on the German, European and Chinese legal system, they are also well prepared for a professional perspective with references to the PR China.
2. What does the double master's program cost?
Humboldt-Universität does not charge tuition fees for the double master's program. There are also no tuition fees for the year abroad at Tongji University.
3. Which funding options are available for the year abroad?
For the year abroad at Tongji University, scholarships from DAAD funds have been available so far. For the period from 2021 on, an extension of the project is applied for. If the application is successful, six scholarships will be awarded to students of the German university in the future. Each scholarship includes a travel allowance of 850 € and over 10 months a monthly allowance of 1275 € plus a health insurance allowance of 35 €.
