Lukas Oldach studies law at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He is a Student Research Assistant for the Chair of Private Law, Commercial Law and Law and Economics of Prof. Dr. Gerhard Wagner, LL.M. (Chicago) and is working for the International Dispute Resolution (IDR) Master Program.

Prior to joining the Chair and the Program he studied one year abroad at the University of Maastricht (Law Faculty), where he focused on Business-, Tax- and Corporate Law courses and interdisciplinary courses. Before going abroad, he finished his “Schwerpunkt” studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in Corporate- and Company Law, with a special focus on Tax-, Corporate- and Capital Market Law.

He was a Tutor for First- and Second semester students at the Law faculty, a member of the Employment Law Moot Court and part of the student pro bono legal service of the HU. He served as an intern in a big international law firm and several domestic law firms.
