Rolf Schumann is Co-CEO of Schwarz Digits, a digital solutions provider that has made Digital Sovereignty a cornerstone of its business strategy. The company was recently announced as part of a consortium building an AI platform for the German federal government. Schumann is thus the ideal guest to discuss Digital Sovereignty and the role of private companies in shaping Europe's digital future.
