Job description:

Academic services as part of the research training group "Dynamic Integration - Law in-between Harmonisation and Plurality in Europe (DynamInt)" funded by the German Research Foundation, GRK 2483;

Research tasks for one’s own academic qualification (PhD thesis within the field of research of Research Training Group).

Requirements

First German State Examination in Law or Masters Degree in Law (preferably with distinction or better); sufficient level of German and at least one other European language.

15th July 2022 (interviews are expected to be held during the last week of August)

Beyond the usual application documents (cover letter, CV and transcripts) applications must include the reference number DR/053/22 as well as a research proposal for the PhD project discussing the current state of research, outlining the main scientific issues and presenting a research agenda.

German language skills are not a prerequisite for applying; those chosen for the program, however, are expected to acquire German skills in the course of their doctoral studies. The PhD thesis may be written in English.
