'Fair rent': Lecture by Beate Gsell at the Berlin Law Society
On April 22, Professor Beate Gsell of Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich will give a lecture on the topic of ‘fair rent’ at the invitation of the Law Society. Starting from the observation that affordable housing is notoriously scarce in Berlin and elsewhere, she analyzes how the law has contributed to the segmentation of the rental market into inexpensive old leases and expensive new leases, and asks what reform measures could remedy the situation.
As always, the event will take place in the plenary hall of the Kammergericht and begins at 6.00 p.m. All interested parties are cordially invited!
