Human Rights, Global Supply Chains and Private Enforcement: Seminar in Milan on October 29
On Wednesday, October 29, Professor Giesela Rühl will give a seminar on private enforcement in supply chain law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. In the seminar, she will provide an overview of legislative and judicial developments and explore the question of whether and, if so, how private liability lawsuits can contribute to better protection of human rights in global supply chains in the future.
