The Criminal Law Dimension of Image Rights between Intellectual Property and Personality Rights. 

 

Vita:

Binational PhD (Cotutelle de Thèse) at Humboldt University of Berlin and Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas since 2024, supervised by Professor Martin Heger (Criminal Law) and Professor Jean-Christophe Galloux (Intellectual Property Law), on the topic The Criminal Law Dimension of Image Rights between Intellectual Property and Personality Rights. 

Completed legal studies within the European Law School programme: First State Examination in Law at Humboldt University of Berlin (2022), Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (2023), and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property and Information Law at King’s College London (2024). 

Research assistant in Competition Law at Gleiss Lutz in London (2024–2025) and Assistant of the CEO at the legal start-up Jurafuchs since 2021. Author of ten published books in the genres of fantasy and science fiction.
