Dissertationsthema: Artificial Intelligence in Contracts: A Comparative Analysis of Automated Decision-making in Contract Negotiation, Formation and Performance [Working Title]





From 2012 to 2017 Master’s degree in Law cum laude at Roma Tre University and Erasmus programme at Université Libre de Bruxelles - ULB. In 2017 undergraduate research fellow at Roma Tre University within the project ‘Poverty as a barrier to children’s access to justice’. From 2017 to 2019 worked as trainee lawyer at the Italian State Attorney Office (2017-2018), as assistant to a judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation of Italy (2017 to 2019), and as trainee at the Independent Authority for Children & Adolescents of Italy (October 2018-March 2019). Since 2019 teaching assistant and Ph.D. candidate in Comparative Legal Studies at Roma Tre University. Qualified at the Italian Bar in January 2021. In July 2021 attended the Summer School on the ‘Law, Ethics and Policy of Artificial Intelligence’ at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven - KU Leuven. Since January 2022 visiting Ph.D. student at Humboldt-University of Berlin in the context of the DFG-Graduate Program ‘Dynamic Integration’
