Forum Constitutionis Europae
The Forum Constitutionis Europae is designed to enhance discourse about European Constitutional Law, to bring forward the association of constitutional systems of the Member States with primary EU law and offers the opportunity to particular representatives of politics, the courts, government, culture, economy and science to present their views on current subjects and developments in the European Union and its role in the world and to discuss these views with all interested in Berlin and from outside. Initially the series of events was co-organised by the WHI and the Robert Bosch Stiftung. After many years of co-operation, for which we are very grateful, we are happy today to co-operate with Stiftung Mercator since 2014.
