Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin! We are looking forward to receiving your applications for the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot 2024! Join the first team representing Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin at the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot held in Berlin on 1-4 November 2024. FDI Moot is the premier and the most prominent international investor-State arbitration moot created in 2006 and focuses on the cutting-edge issues of international investment law. This year, the team will be coached by Oleksandra Hnatiuk and Ivan Yurevich. Both have experience in moot courts and real-life practice working with the investment arbitration team at Squire Patton Boggs in Berlin and will provide valuable guidance and support to lead the team to success.
