Comparative Constitutional Law faces manifold theoretical and methodological challenges. Is comparison merely an instument of harmonisation? What is the role of critical approaches? What could be gained from quantitive methods?
Our colloquium will discuss various challenges on the basis of current texts and reseach projects.
