Biography

Born in Frankfurt am Main in 1998, graduated from the Kaiserin-Friedrich-Gymnasium, Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe, in 2016.

Subsequently, from October 2016, studies of law at Humboldt University in Berlin, specializing in corporate and company law. Study scholarship holder of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation.

2019 Participation in the BFH-Moot-Court of the Federal Fiscal Court and the German Tax Law Society.

First Legal State examination in April 2021.

Research assistant and PhD candidate at the chair since July/August 2021. Doctoral scholarship holder of the German Academic Merit Foundation.

 

Honorary positions (selection):

Member of the education and teaching commission of Humboldt University Law School,

Honorary judge of a Party District Court in accordance with § 14 of the Political Parties Act,

Elected Editor in Chief of the Berlin Law Journal (BRZ).

 

Research interests:

General membership rights in association law, virtual and hybrid assemblies and their effects, sustainability in corporate law
