Online claims?
Together with Tech4Germany, the German Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection (BMJV) is planning to create an online claims tool that will enable citizens to file lawsuits with the court from the comfort of their sofa at home. This is an important step on the way to digitizing the civil justice system, but it must be followed by further steps.
