University of Innsbruck: International Commercial Courts "made in Germany" on June 2
On Monday, June 2, Prof'in Rühl will speak about the settlement of international disputes before International Commercial Courts as part of the seminar series "Current Problems in Private Commercial Law" at the University of Innsbruck. She will be presenting the German Act to Strengthen the Location of Justice (Justizstandortstärkungsgesetz) and will put it into an international context (comparative law).
