Competition for International Commercial Disputes: Lecture in Milan on October 28
On Tuesday, October 28, Professor Giesela Rühl will give a lecture at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan on the relationship between international commercial courts and international arbitration. In her lecture, she will examine whether the specialized courts established in recent years (including in Germany) for the settlement of international disputes can compete with international arbitration tribunals. The event is being held in cooperation with the Italian Chamber of International Lawyers.
