Digital Justice Summit 2022
On 7/8 November 2022, the first Digital Justice Summit 2022 took place in Berlin. For two days, representatives from politics, the judiciary, administration and academia discussed how the German (civil)justice system can better benefit from the opportunities of digitalisation. Professor Rühl was one of the speakers. She addressed the digitalisation of legal education and, in particular, raised the question of whether topics related to digitalisation should be given more attention in legal studies (and how).
