DAV-Forum ZPO-Reform
On October 18, a forum on the reform of the Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO) was held under the leadership of the German Bar Association (DAV). The presentations and discussion focused on plans and proposals for the digitalization of civil justice. Among the invited guests was Professor Rühl. She spoke about the importance of acknowledged procedural principles for relevant digitization projects, in particular for the introduction of a digital discovery procedure ("accelerated online procedure") and for the (partial) automation of judicial decisions.
