World Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law in Paraguay
From 23 to 28 October, the World Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law (IACL) took place in Asunción (Paraguay). Professor Rühl was present to report on the results of her project on International Commercial Courts, which she is jointly responsible for with Yip Man (Singapore Management University). In preparation for the event, a total of 22 (country) reports and one special report were prepared and evaluated. All reports as well as the general report will be published in a separate volume by Intersentia in 2023.
