Berlin Dispute Resolution Days
The Berlin Dispute Resolution Days (BDRD) organized by the German Institute of Arbitration (DIS) will take place for the second time from September 12th to 15th. Throughout numerous events, various aspects of dispute resolution will be addressed. Professor Rühl will also be taking part. On September 13, she will speak at a panel discussion at Gleiss Lutz about the government draft on the creation of International Commercial Courts and will explore the question whether the reform proposals will make German courts competitive internationally (and in comparison to arbitration).
