Cross-Border Dispute Resolution Conference in Dubrovnik (Croatia)
A conference on the settlement of cross-border disputes will take place in Dubrovnik (Croatia) from May 8 to 10. Organized by the Universities of Pittsburgh, Verona and Zagreb, the conference provides an opportunity to discuss current issues and problems. Professor Rühl will also be speaking at the event. She will present the results of her recently published comparative law study on International Commercial Courts, which she co-authored with Man Yip, Singapore Management University.
