Lecture with Peter Hay
On November 30, Professor Peter Hay (Emory Law School, USA) will give a lecture at the invitation of the German-American Lawyers' Association (DAJV) and the Research Institute for the Law of the Legal Profession on the topic "Foreign Corporations in US Courts - The US Supreme Court Decision in Mallory v.
