New Publication: Digitalisierung und Zivilverfahren
The handbook Digitalisierung und Zivilverfahren (Digitilazation and Civil Procedure), edited by Thomas Riehm and Sina Dörr, has been published. On almost 900 pages, it is dedicated to the digitalization of dispute resolution in all its facets. Professor Rühl, together with Dr. Jakob Horn, has contributed an article on the importance of civil procedural principles for the digitalization of the judiciary.
