New publication: From Theory to Practice in Private International Law
In February 2024, "From Theory to Practice in Private International Law" was published by Hart Publishing. The book commemorates Jonathan Fitchen, Professor at the University of Aberdeen, and brings together contributions on private international law from colleagues across Europe. Professor Rühl has contributed to the book with an article on the conflict of laws implications of the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetzes - LkSG).
