New publication: Research Methods in Private International Law
The volume edited by Xandra Kramer and Laura Carballo Piñeiro on “Research Methods in Private International Law” has just been published by Edward Elgar. Professor Rühl addresses in this volume what role economic theory plays or can play in private international law. Special consideration is also given to behavioral economics, which has so far only been applied to private international law to a limited extent.
