Parliamentary hearing in the Bundestag
On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, the Bundestag's Committee on Legal Affairs will hold a public hearing on the draft law to strengthen Germany as a location for justice by introducing commercial courts and English as a court language in civil jurisdiction (Justizstandort-Stärkungsgesetz), BT-Drs. 20/8649.
