Theoretical foundations of Business and Human Rights: Comparative analysis of jurisprudence and legal doctrine in the European Union

 

Vita:

Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Dresden University of Technology, with a semester abroad at the Faculty of Economics at Universidad Autónoma in Madrid (2014-2017). Law studies at Humboldt University in Berlin (2017-2021), Maîtrise en droit at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas with a focus on French Public Law (2021-2022), LL.M. in Public International Law at University of Amsterdam (2022-2023) as part of the European Law School.

Legal clerkship in Berlin since 2024 with traineeships at the Federal Foreign Office in the Humanitarian Aid Division, the migration law firm Kraft & Rapp, and the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights in the Business & Human Rights team.

Research assistant at the Berlin Court of Appeal in a chamber of the Regional Court working on building law (11/2024-5/2025), and at the law firm Redeker Sellner Dahs in the team of Dr. Karpenstein and Dr. Sangi in the field of European foreign trade law (10/2023-1/2024). Student assistant at the Chair in Public and Comparative Law of Professor Dann (2019-2021).
