Research Project: The supervision of mergers in the EU banking sector

 

Vita

Since October 2025, fellow and doctoral candidate within the DFG Research Training Group “Dynamic Integration” at Humboldt University of Berlin, supervised by Professor Dr. Matthias Ruffert. Doctoral scholarship of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes) and the Humboldt Research Track Exposé Scholarship.

Law studies within the European Law School program at Humboldt University of Berlin from 2018 to 2024, funded by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes).

Master’s degree (Maîtrise en droit) and specialisation in European Law at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas from 2022 to 2023. LL.M. degree at King’s College London with a focus on International Financial Law from 2023 to 2024.

Student research assistant at the DFG Research Training Group “Dynamic Integration” from 2019 to 2022. Later employed as a research assistant at King’s College London as well as at a law firm in Berlin in the field of European banking supervision law. Completed internships, among others, at a federal ministry and at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
