Research Project:

The constitutional non-regression principle in the European Union [Working title]

 

Vita

 

2016 A-Levels at St.-Ursula-Gymnasium in Düsseldorf. From 2016 to 2022 Law Studies at Westfälischen Wilhelms-University Münster (First Legal State Exam). Major in Public International Law and European Union Law. In October 2021 First State Exam at OLG Hamm.

 

Student Assistant at the Institute for International Business Law (Department IV), at the chair of Prof. Dr. Petra Pohlmann for civil law, business law and civil procedure law. April to September 2022 Research Assistant in the field of Public Law at the law firm Hengeler Mueller in the Berlin office.

 

Since October 2022 Research Fellow and Doctoral Candidate at the DFG-Graduate Program "Dynamic Integration" at Humboldt-University of Berlin, supervised by Prof. Dr. Matthias Ruffert.

 

In March 2023 visiting PhD student at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, Poland. From August to December 2023 research stay at the centre de droit européen (CDE) at the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
