How the Court embraced fundamental rights - an archival study

 

Vita

Law studies at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg (2015-2020) and New York University School of Law (2017). Specialisation in Foundations of Law. First state examination in December 2020. During this time, student assistant for Prof. Dr. Anne Röthel (2016-2017) and for Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Reinhard Zimmermann at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (2018-2020).

Legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal with placements i.a. in the cabinet of the Vice-President of the ECJ, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Thomas von Danwitz, and at the Federal Ministry of Justice in the Department for EU policy and litigation before the ECJ (2022-2024). Second state examination in May 2024.

Work in international commercial law firms in Brussels and Berlin in regulatory and competition law (2024-2025).

Since October 2025, PhD candidate at Humboldt University in Berlin and member of the DFG Research Training Group “DynamInt", supervised by Prof. Dr. Christoph Möllers.
